v0.33.0 is the first section under docs/writing.md §2. Categories are right. Every bullet is still a design review.

This PR:

  • Replaces only ## v0.33.0 in CHANGELOG.md. Older sections are untouched.
  • Adds the two-sentence bullet rule to docs/writing.md §2 so the next cut cannot claim the headings were the whole rule.

Embedder-visible facts are preserved (GRANT_ALL value, keep_host_audio rename, actions routes, ctl, omarchy helper, the listed fixes). Field logs, metaphors, and "first section written to the rulebook" are gone.

v0.33.0 adopted Keep a Changelog headings but kept PR-body
prose. Replace that section with two-sentence bullets and
add the missing bullet-shape rule to docs/writing.md.
