stoppedHandler/resetHandler are non-optional closures on the CI SDK
((StoppedReason)->() and ()->()), so assigning nil fails to compile
(apple.yml). Assign no-op closures to disarm them before engine.stop()
-- same re-entrancy guard intent, type-correct.
