#13 (two-pass alpha+XOR cursor) implemented in capture/dxgi.rs. #21 (composite moved cursor without a new desktop frame) is already handled: DXGI returns S_OK for pointer-only updates so punktfunk recomposites in present_acquired; the original premise (stutter via timeout) was incorrect.
