The "Which should I use?" table on the clients page listed most client
names as bold text, not links — only the Decky plugin and pf-webos were
clickable — so the client references appeared broken. Link each client to
its section (or dedicated page), and fix a stale Windows headless command.
Repo-wide docs correctness/staleness pass against the code:
- steam-deck: client-not-found -> flatpak-not-found (the real backend code)
- install: host cert is punktfunk-host-windows_<ver>.cer, not ..._setup.cer
- configuration: GPU_PRIORITY_CLASS default is auto; 10BIT/444 are default-on
- how-it-works/index: GameStream/Moonlight is opt-in (--gamestream)
- roadmap: clipboard sync is shipped, not planned
- install-client: MSIX/cert artifacts are arch-suffixed (_x64/_arm64)
- requirements: fix garbled 22H2/IddCx sentence
- status: Linux encode also covers AMD/Intel (VAAPI/Vulkan Video)
- automation: add the plugins.changed event
- windows-host: note the optional bundled VB-CABLE virtual mic
- sway: PUNKTFUNK_COMPOSITOR=hyprland is a wlroots-family alias
- running-as-a-service: punktfunk-probe is a source-build-only dev tool

Split the docs' single distro×desktop axis (ubuntu-gnome / ubuntu-kde / fedora-kde) into two,
which deduplicates the shared mechanics and scales to distros that run several desktops (Arch):
- Install the host — per distro/OS (ubuntu, fedora, arch, bazzite, steamos-host, windows-host):
GPU driver + package + input group, then a canonical "Configure your desktop" funnel.
- Configure your desktop — per compositor (kde, gnome, gamescope, sway): host.env, compositor
quirks, the headless session, and starting the host.
New shared web-console page (enable · login password · arm pairing) removes the console/password
block that was copy-pasted across all seven host pages. Merged ubuntu-gnome + ubuntu-kde into
ubuntu; renamed fedora-kde to fedora; kept bazzite and steamos-host as dedicated appliance guides
(trimmed of duplication). Moved the KWin headless session, the GNOME EGL/lock traps, and the
gamescope attach/managed model out of the distro pages onto their compositor pages.
Fixed while restructuring: distro-specific paths on kde (kde-desktop-setup.sh is Fedora/Bazzite-only;
the .deb ships host.env.kde under /usr/share/punktfunk-host), the interactive "start the host" step
that was lost in the merge, sway over-claiming Hyprland, and a pre-existing broken anchor in
how-it-works.
Removal of the three old pages was captured by the preceding commit b28ddfc (a concurrent commit
swept up the staged git-rm); the net docs tree is correct. Fumadocs build + internal link/anchor
check green.

Drop the "Linux-first" framing across the README and docs site in favor of
first-class Linux AND Windows hosts, and surface the Windows IDD-push
virtual-display path as a distinct differentiator (punktfunk's own indirect
display driver the host pushes frames into — a real virtual display, no physical
monitor or dummy plug, even on the secure desktop).

Refresh the README and documentation for public visitors:
- README: public-facing rewrite with accurate status for all four native
clients (macOS, Linux, Windows, Android) and the Windows host.
- docs site: fix stale client status (Android is a full client, not a
scaffold; Windows client is stage-1 complete + signed MSIX), add the
missing Android client section, correct "which client" guidance.
- Windows host: corrected from "deferred/scoped" to implemented & shipping
(NVIDIA-only, x64-only) across windows-host, roadmap, status,
requirements, running-as-a-service, and the README.
- Remove internal infrastructure from public docs (box names, private IPs,
SSH/token commands, deploy topology); rewrite status.md as a public
project-status page; sanitize ci.md and implementation-plan.md.
- Update clients/android and clients/apple READMEs to current state.

Replace the dev/agent-log pages with a proper user-facing doc set:
- Getting Started: Introduction (rewritten), How It Works, Quick Start.
- Host Setup: Requirements, then clean per-platform guides — Ubuntu GNOME,
Ubuntu KDE, Fedora KDE (new), Bazzite (rewritten) — plus Running as a Service
(desktop / headless GNOME / headless KDE).
- Connecting: Clients overview, Moonlight, Pairing & Trust.
- Configuration: host.env reference, Host CLI, Troubleshooting.
- The dev/design notes (architecture, roadmap, the deferred design specs, CI)
move to a clearly-separated "Project & Internals" nav section.
Removes the superseded box-specific pages (gnome-box, headless-box, linux-setup,
overview). status.md (the internal progress tracker, with box IPs) is kept as a
file but dropped from the public nav. Site builds clean.
