~1150 feat/fix commits landed since v0.19 and the docs drifted badly. This is a full sweep of every page against the code as shipped: ~280 verified corrections, nine new pages, and one deletion. The worst of what was wrong: the quickstart's five-minute path could not work (`serve` never started the web console, so step 3 had no PIN to read); every packaged Linux host runs `serve --gamestream` while security.md told readers to leave GameStream off; HDR was documented as Windows-only; `PUNKTFUNK_SECURE_DDA` was documented as a working knob that nothing reads; `PUNKTFUNK_INPUT_BACKEND` listed a `uinput` value that does not exist and named libei for KDE instead of kwin; README linked three pages deleted on 2026-07-05; and the rpm-ostree update command pointed at a script no package installs. Completeness: about half of what shipped since v0.19 had no page at all. New: support-matrix (what works where, from 217 verified capability cells), input (mouse/touch/pen — and the in-stream chords, so the docs finally say how to get your mouse back), client-settings, profiles-and-links, game-library, clipboard, wake-on-lan, hdr, uninstall. Updating existed but had zero inbound links. status.md is gone: its facts moved into the support matrix, its shell stays as a redirect so the public URL does not 404. roadmap.md is themes now, not a feature checklist — checkboxes are what rotted. Debian is no longer claimed. The .deb's Depends resolve against Ubuntu images, nothing in CI builds or tests Debian, and Debian 12 is below the glibc 2.39 floor. The `debian` in the repo URL is the package format. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

plan §4.6 + Phase 3 productization: - Pinned bitrate: an Automatic client (bitrate 0) on a PyroWave session resolves to the codec's ~1.6 bpp operating point for the mode (≈200 Mbps at 1080p60) instead of the 20 Mbps H.26x default; explicit rates are honored. Mid-stream SetBitrate retargets are refused with the pinned rate acked (guards old/foreign clients), and the client-side AIMD controller + startup capacity probe stay off for the codec — no rate descent into wavelet mush, no climb probe whose VBV reasoning doesn't apply to hard per-frame CBR. Unit-tested. - All-intra silencing: the data plane drops drained keyframe/RFI requests on PyroWave sessions (the next frame IS the recovery), so the forced-IDR cooldown, RFI attempt, and storm coalescing never run. - Opt-in UI: 'PyroWave (wired LAN)' joins the console's Video-codec cycler; trust::Settings maps it to CODEC_PYROWAVE. Safe everywhere by the negotiation contract — an un-advertised preference falls back through the ladder. - FEC: decision recorded — adaptive FEC (10% start, loss-report driven) stays as-is for the MVP opaque-AU mode; the FEC≈0 policy belongs to the Phase-4 datagram-aligned mode. - THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES: the generator now lists third-party trees vendored inside first-party crates (pyrowave, Granite subset, volk, Vulkan-Headers) with their full license texts; file regenerated. - docs-site: 'PyroWave (wired-LAN codec)' page — what it is, the bandwidth table, how to enable it, current limits. Validated on .21: 309 host + 148 core + 26 client tests green, console-ui clean, both feature configs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix(stats): decode stage measures GPU completion; Alt+Enter fullscreen alias
The Vulkan path's receive_frame returns at SUBMISSION (~0.1 ms) — the hardware decodes asynchronously, so the decode stat was truthful but measured the wrong boundary. The pump now ships the frame to the presenter FIRST, then waits the frame's timeline fence (vkWaitSemaphores resolved through the shared device's proc chain) and stamps received→decode-COMPLETE — true NVDEC time at zero pipeline cost, since the presenter's own GPU wait is what actually gates sampling. Software/ VAAPI keep their synchronous stamps. Also: Alt+Enter joins F11 as the fullscreen toggle (some keyboards' Fn layer sends a media key for plain F11 — observed on glass as 'F11 only works with shift'); the shell's shortcuts panel lists both. docs: restructure host setup by distro, configuration by compositor
Split the docs' single distro×desktop axis (ubuntu-gnome / ubuntu-kde / fedora-kde) into two,
which deduplicates the shared mechanics and scales to distros that run several desktops (Arch):
- Install the host — per distro/OS (ubuntu, fedora, arch, bazzite, steamos-host, windows-host):
GPU driver + package + input group, then a canonical "Configure your desktop" funnel.
- Configure your desktop — per compositor (kde, gnome, gamescope, sway): host.env, compositor
quirks, the headless session, and starting the host.
New shared web-console page (enable · login password · arm pairing) removes the console/password
block that was copy-pasted across all seven host pages. Merged ubuntu-gnome + ubuntu-kde into
ubuntu; renamed fedora-kde to fedora; kept bazzite and steamos-host as dedicated appliance guides
(trimmed of duplication). Moved the KWin headless session, the GNOME EGL/lock traps, and the
gamescope attach/managed model out of the distro pages onto their compositor pages.
Fixed while restructuring: distro-specific paths on kde (kde-desktop-setup.sh is Fedora/Bazzite-only;
the .deb ships host.env.kde under /usr/share/punktfunk-host), the interactive "start the host" step
that was lost in the merge, sway over-claiming Hyprland, and a pre-existing broken anchor in
how-it-works.
Removal of the three old pages was captured by the preceding commit

feat(vdisplay): display-management policy surface (Stage 0)
A user-configurable policy layer above the per-compositor VirtualDisplay backends: keep-alive, topology, conflict, identity, layout, max-displays — persisted to display-settings.json, editable from the web console, applied per connect. Design: design/display-management.md. Stage 0 stands up the surface and wires the two behaviors the existing code can already express — the Windows monitor linger duration and the "make the streamed output the sole desktop" topology — through it; every other option is stored + echoed but not yet enforced (later stages). An unconfigured host (no display-settings.json) keeps today's exact behavior. - vdisplay/policy.rs: pure DisplayPolicy + 5 presets + JSON store (gpu-settings pattern) + EffectivePolicy; 9 unit tests. - vdisplay.rs: resolve_topology(Auto); apply_session_env drives *_VIRTUAL_PRIMARY from the policy only when a settings file exists. - windows/manager.rs: linger_ms() + should_isolate() read the policy when configured. - mgmt: GET/PUT /api/v1/display/settings (bearer-only); PUT rejects keep_alive forever until the lifecycle stage. OpenAPI regenerated. - web console: Host → Virtual displays card (preset picker + custom fields); en+de. - docs-site: virtual-displays.md + configuration.md cross-links. docs: dedicated Arch Linux host+client guide
Every other distro has a full Host Setup page; Arch only had table rows. Add docs/arch.md (signed pacman binary repo: key import + repo + install, GPU prereqs, service/linger, web console, client, PKGBUILD appendix), slot it into the nav after fedora-kde, and point the install/client tables at it. Update the client-install rows from 'from the PKGBUILD' to the binary repo now that it exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(clients): unified stats vocabulary across every client + Moonlight comparison docs
One stat model everywhere (design/stats-unification.md): four measurement points (capture/received/decoded/displayed), three stages that tile the interval exactly, and a HUD that shows the addition explicitly — end-to-end 14.2 ms p50 · 19.8 p95 · capture→on-glass = host+network 9.8 + decode 2.1 + display 2.3 replacing each client's ad-hoc mix of overlapping absolutes (the Apple HUD's three arrow lines that looked sequential but weren't), mean-vs-median decode times (Windows/Linux), missing same-host-clock flags (Windows/Linux), and three different names for the same capture→received measurement (probe's "reassembled", Apple/Android's "client", Windows/Linux's post-decode "lat"). Per client: Apple threads receivedNs through the VT decode via the frame refcon bit pattern so the decode stage exists at all (stage-1 fallback honestly degrades to a capture→received headline); Windows carries FrameTimes through the existing frame channel to the render thread and adds e2e p50/p95 post-Present; Linux stamps received at AU pop and rides decoded_ns on DecodedFrame to the paintable-set site; Android pairs receipt stamps with MediaCodec output buffers via the codec's pts round-trip (JNI stats array 14→16 doubles, indexes 0-13 unchanged). fps now uniformly counts received AUs; lost/(received+lost) per window, hidden at zero. docs-site gains "Understanding the Stats Overlay": what each line means, why the equation only approximately sums (percentiles), and a line-by-line Moonlight/Sunshine matrix — including that Moonlight has no end-to-end number and its "network latency" is an ENet control RTT, so punktfunk's headline must not be compared against any single Moonlight line. Verified here: linux client + probe + core check/clippy/fmt green, android native cargo-ndk arm64 check green. Pending: Windows CI + on-glass, swift test on the mac, on-device Android. fix(packaging/windows): Windows 11 22H2 floor + tray install task + stale console-port fixes
The OS floor is now enforced at install time (MinVersion=10.0.22621 with an explanatory [Messages] override): pf-vdisplay is built against IddCx 1.10, and on Windows 10 (incl. LTSC) / Win11 21H2 the device fails start with Code 10 STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE (field-reported). Docs (site requirements/install/ windows-host pages + README) state the floor; new docs-site Security page. Installer also gains the trayicon task (punktfunk-tray.exe file + HKLM Run key, post-install launch as the signed-in user, upgrade taskkill + uninstall --quit/taskkill choreography before file deletion), and the wizard/cleanup text/port sweeps move off the stale :3000 web-console references to :47992 (cleanups sweep both for upgrades from old installs). feat(protocol,clients): codec preference negotiation + Linux client decodes per Welcome (Phase 2a)
Adds a client-selectable **preferred codec** and wires the core + ABI + probe + Linux client to
negotiate and decode it. (Windows/Apple/Android follow in 2b.)
**Core:**
- `Hello.preferred_codec` (a single CODEC_* bit, 0 = auto) — a soft hint appended after
`video_codecs`. `resolve_codec(client, host, preferred)` now honors the preference when the host
can also emit it, else falls back to precedence (HEVC > AV1 > H.264). Roundtrip + preference tests.
- `NativeClient::connect` takes `video_codecs` + `preferred_codec`; `NativeClient.codec` exposes the
resolved `Welcome.codec`.
- ABI: `punktfunk_connect_ex7` (adds the two codec params; `ex6` delegates to it advertising
HEVC-only) + `punktfunk_connection_codec` getter + `PUNKTFUNK_CODEC_{H264,HEVC,AV1}` constants
(drift-guarded against the wire values). Header regenerated.
**Host:** passes `hello.preferred_codec` into `resolve_codec`.
**probe:** `--codec h264|hevc|av1|auto` sets the preference (still advertises it can decode all
three); the dump extension already follows the resolved codec.
**Linux client:** advertises the codecs FFmpeg can actually decode (`decodable_codecs()`), threads
the user's `codec` setting as the preference, and builds the decoder — both the software and VAAPI
paths, plus the mid-session VAAPI→software demotion — from the negotiated `Welcome.codec` instead of
hardcoding HEVC. New "Video codec" dropdown in Preferences (Automatic/HEVC/H.264/AV1).
Live-validated on the dev box: probe `--codec hevc` against a software (H.264-only) host resolves to
H.264 (graceful soft-preference fallback), no failure. clippy + core (57) + host (133) tests green.

feat(web): consolidate paired devices, self-contained sections, docs + lint
Web console - Pairing/Library/Stats refactored into self-contained subsections that each own their own queries + mutations; a shared slot-based layout (view.tsx) is filled by the live page (containers) and Storybook (pure cards + fixtures) so the layout can't drift. - All paired devices in one list on Pairing with a protocol column (punktfunk/1 + Moonlight), routing each unpair to the right endpoint; the redundant Clients page is removed. - Library: overview grid split from the add/edit form into separate files. - Login screen links out to the docs. Docs - "Console login password" section on every host page (apt/RPM/Bazzite/SteamOS/Windows) plus a new "Forgot your Password?" troubleshooting page, linked from the login screen. - Console served as HTTP/1.1 over TLS (drop the unusable HTTP/3 advertising) across the Bun entry, launchers, systemd units, and packaging. Tooling - Biome now respects .gitignore (stops linting generated code), config migrated to 2.5.1; all lint issues fixed cleanly. Also includes this branch's in-progress host, Apple client, packaging, and CI changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

feat(decky): self-update without the store + Gaming-Mode launch polish, and ship the Steam Deck docs
Plugin self-update (no Decky store): CI publishes a per-channel manifest.json
({version, immutable per-version artifact, sha256}) beside the zip and bakes
update.json {channel, manifest} into the plugin. main.py `check_update` reads the
installed version from package.json (the value Decky reports — not plugin.json),
fetches the channel manifest, and the frontend shows an "Update to vX" button that
drives Decky Loader's own install RPC (root downloads + SHA-256-verifies + hot-reloads).
CI now stamps a plain-numeric semver (0.3.<run> canary / X.Y.Z stable) into
package.json — a -ciN suffix would mis-order under compare-versions.
Linux client: `--fullscreen` (plus SteamDeck/gamescope env fallback) enters GTK
fullscreen on stream start so Gaming-Mode chrome is hidden; native-mode resolution
falls back to the display's first monitor when the window isn't mapped yet (was
dropping to the 1080p floor — wrong on the Deck's 1280×800); add a confirmed
"Remove saved host" action (KnownHosts::remove_by_fp).
Docs: new docs/steam-deck.md (Decky install/pair/stream/self-update/troubleshooting),
wired into meta.json nav, and cross-linked from clients/install-client/channels. This
is the page docs.punktfunk.unom.io/docs/steam-deck — the website's download link
pointed at it before it existed; committing it makes that link resolve.

ci(release): split canary/stable tracks + unified Gitea Releases
A push to main publishes canary builds to canary channels (fast iteration,
unchanged); a single vX.Y.Z tag releases every platform at one version to the
stable channels and attaches all artifacts (.deb/.rpm/.msix/.apk/.aab/.dmg +
flatpak/decky/host-installer) to one Gitea Release. Collapses the
host-v*/win-v*/host-win-v* tag namespaces into v* — the channel split makes the
version-shadow bug structurally impossible (canary and stable are separate repos,
never a shared version line).
- scripts/ci/gitea-release.{sh,ps1}: one idempotent release helper
(create-or-fetch + delete-before-upload), replacing 3 copy-pasted inline blocks
and fixing their latent 409-on-reupload bug; prerelease flag auto-derived from
the tag (an -rc tag won't shadow "Latest")
- channels: apt canary/stable distributions; rpm *-canary/base groups; flatpak
canary/stable OSTree branches + a 2nd .Canary.flatpakref; generic-registry
canary/ vs latest/ aliases; Play internal/alpha; Apple TestFlight vs notarized DMG
- android versionName threaded through gradle (versionCode stays run_number);
Apple canary = TestFlight-only (no DMG/tvOS); canary base bumped to 0.3.0
- docs: new docs-site channels.md (subscribe table + cut-a-release runbook +
box migration), refreshed ci.md workflow table + packaging READMEs

feat(web): unify console + docs on @unom/ui; host OpenAPI via Scalar
Move the management console (web/) off shadcn/ui to the shared @unom/ui design system the marketing site + docs are built on, on the punktfunk violet brand over dark chrome: - Add @unom/ui/@unom/style/motion/radix-ui/zod + Geist; web/.npmrc maps the @unom scope (packages are public-read, so CI needs no npm auth). - styles.css: one dark-violet palette (#141019/#1c1530, brand #6c5bf3 -> #a79ff8) exposed under BOTH the shadcn token names the routes use and @unom/ui's contract, so routes + components both resolve; pulls in @unom/ui's material gloss + easings. - components/ui/* now back onto @unom/ui (AnimatedButton/InputText/Label/ AnimatedCard); brand-mark/wordmark/logo replace the generic Radio icon in the shell + login. - MaterialProvider (specular gloss) at the root. No UI sounds, like the site. docs-site: new /api route renders the host management REST API as an interactive Scalar reference (reads public/openapi.json, a snapshot of docs/api/openapi.json), branded violet and linked from the top nav, the docs sidebar, the landing page, and host-cli.md. docs(steamos): reframe Steam Deck host page to SteamOS
- Rename steam-deck-host.md → steamos-host.md (nav + install table updated). - Lead with the rationale: SteamOS host support targets the upcoming Steam Machine; the Steam Deck is the SteamOS device validated against today. - Soften the WiFi note: ~250 Mbps was our testing on one device/network, not a universal ceiling — other SteamOS hardware/drivers/bands may do more. - Generalize Deck-specific language to SteamOS devices throughout. - Document --no-gamestream (secure native-only) + GameStream-compat caveat. - decky README: drop stale `serve --native` (now just `serve`). feat(steamdeck): one-command host install + docs (build-on-device)
SteamOS is immutable read-only Arch, and the Deck is AMD (VAAPI) — so none of the checked-in packaging (arch/sysext is NVENC-first + client-oriented, deb/rpm are soname-mismatched) actually installs a working host on a Steam Deck. The proven path (distrobox-built native binary + systemd-run units) was 100% manual. Make it one command. - scripts/steamdeck/install.sh — idempotent installer: ensure the pf2 Debian-trixie distrobox + toolchain → build host (+web console) → write config (generated web login password) → raise UDP buffers to 32 MB + udev + input group (sudo, skipped gracefully if unavailable) → install + start punktfunk-host / punktfunk-web systemd USER services with linger. Flags: --open (accept unpaired clients), --no-web, --src=DIR. Builds on-device so a rebuild always matches the running SteamOS (no prebuilt-binary fragility across OS updates); VAAPI on the Deck's AMD GPU. - scripts/steamdeck/update.sh — rebuild from current source + restart (config/pairings persist). - scripts/steamdeck/README.md — deep reference (why on-device, what's installed, gotchas). - docs-site: new "Steam Deck (Host)" guide + sidebar entry; install.md splits Arch from the Steam Deck host path; packaging/arch/README points Deck-host users here and corrects the stale "NVENC-only" note (VAAPI host encode landed). Live-validated on the Deck: installer runs clean, both services come up, host listens (QUIC :9777 + mgmt :47990), web serves (302→login); on a client connect it takes over the Game-Mode gamescope session at the client's mode, captures via PipeWire, and VAAPI-encodes (hevc_vaapi) — full pipeline confirmed in the host journal. docs(site): add Windows host install, restructure nav, new public roadmap
- install (host): add a Windows (NVIDIA) section with signed-installer and certificate-trust steps; note the .cer is the same across releases. - install-client: clarify the Windows MSIX certificate is the same every release (trust once, updates need nothing). - Move "Project & Internals" out of the public docs site: relocate implementation-plan, apple-stage2-presenter, gamescope-multiuser, dualsense-haptics, ci, and gamestream-host-plan to docs/; drop them from the nav. Move windows-host into Host Setup. - Rewrite roadmap as a lean public page with an at-a-glance grid and current statuses (Windows host shipped/beta, Apple incl. tvOS shipped, Android shipped, concurrent sessions + delegated pairing done). - Fix status.md link to the now-internal implementation plan. docs: add an "Install a Client" page covering every client + install path
Per-device install steps in one place: Linux (Flatpak via flatpak.unom.io + native apt/rpm/Arch), Steam Deck, Windows (signed MSIX from the registry), macOS (notarized DMG from releases), and iOS/Android (store/beta links). Adds it to the Connecting nav and cross-links clients.md, whose Linux/Flatpak bullet now points at the hosted flatpak.unom.io repo instead of the bundle README. Mobile store/TestFlight URLs are placeholders pending the public listings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

docs(dist): end-user install front door + serve/pairing/firewall accuracy fixes
Make the host docs match the real distribution path and the actual CLI. Reviewed by a multi-agent pass (6 editors against one verified fact sheet + an accuracy reviewer); its findings (a wrong client-Recommends claim, a native-concurrency overstatement) folded in. - Install front door: new README "Install (host)" method-picker + docs-site/install.md (+ nav), routing each distro to its package registry; source build demoted to a fallback. - Registry-first install: ubuntu-gnome/ubuntu-kde now lead with the apt registry (not a cargo build); bazzite leads with the Gitea RPM registry (was COPR/source). Source builds moved to an appendix. - CLI accuracy: serve --native arms pairing from the web console (NOT --allow-pairing, which with --require-pairing/--max-concurrent is m3-host-only); --open disables mandatory pairing. host-cli/configuration/pairing/quickstart/troubleshooting corrected; mgmt API documented as always HTTPS+token. Native host serves one session at a time (extras queue) — not multi. - Firewall: real ports documented (native UDP 9777 + the ephemeral data port caveat + GameStream ports) for Debian + Arch (ufw + nftables), not just Bazzite. - Sync/accuracy: punktfunk-client (GTK4) presented as a shipping client (not "roadmap"), punktfunk-client-rs as the headless tool; host Recommends punktfunk-web only (not the client); COPR chroots f43/44; bootc header says Gitea registry not COPR. docs: user-facing docs revamp — structured product docs + per-platform setup
Replace the dev/agent-log pages with a proper user-facing doc set: - Getting Started: Introduction (rewritten), How It Works, Quick Start. - Host Setup: Requirements, then clean per-platform guides — Ubuntu GNOME, Ubuntu KDE, Fedora KDE (new), Bazzite (rewritten) — plus Running as a Service (desktop / headless GNOME / headless KDE). - Connecting: Clients overview, Moonlight, Pairing & Trust. - Configuration: host.env reference, Host CLI, Troubleshooting. - The dev/design notes (architecture, roadmap, the deferred design specs, CI) move to a clearly-separated "Project & Internals" nav section. Removes the superseded box-specific pages (gnome-box, headless-box, linux-setup, overview). status.md (the internal progress tracker, with box IPs) is kept as a file but dropped from the public nav. Site builds clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> |

docs(roadmap): gamescope multi-user research (deferred); render->capture parked
Document the gamescope multi-user (independent-desktops) research and defer it: the current shared host-lifetime input/audio/mic vs the per-session plumbing it would need — per-instance EIS sockets + a per-session injector + per-session null-sink audio routing + per-session mic — and why it's not worth it now (a large multi-file refactor for the niche multi-user-on-one-box case, while the common multi-device scenario is already covered by the shared-desktop multi-view concurrency that landed). New gamescope-multiuser.md + roadmap section 14 (concurrent sessions: multi-view done, multi-user deferred). Also park render->capture in section 12: pipewire-rs 0.9.2 exposes no buffer-meta / raw-pointer / stream-timing API, so reading SPA_META_Header.pts would need raw spa_sys FFI into the working capture hot path — disproportionate for the smallest glass-to-glass term; g2g is effectively complete as capture->present (the stage-2 presenter measures it). feat(ci): Gitea Actions — dockerized web/docs/rust-ci images, Apple client CI, Mac runner
Three workflows: ci.yml (Rust workspace inside the punktfunk-rust-ci builder image + web/docs-site build+typecheck), docker.yml (build+push punktfunk-web, punktfunk-docs, punktfunk-rust-ci to git.unom.io — host and native clients stay un-dockerized by design), apple.yml (host-mode macos-arm64 runner: Rust core -> PunktfunkCore.xcframework -> swift build + swift test). ci/rust-ci.Dockerfile: Ubuntu 26.04 with the workspace's link deps (FFmpeg 8, PipeWire, Opus, GL/EGL/GBM, xkbcommon, libcuda via the 580-server userspace as a link stub) + pinned rustup + node for the JS actions. Verified end to end in-container: build, 141/141 tests, C ABI harness; all three images seeded to the registry manually. scripts/ci/setup-macos-runner.sh provisions the Mac (rustup + darwin targets, Node tarball, gitea-runner 1.0.8 host mode, LaunchAgent with DEVELOPER_DIR auto-detect for sudo-free Xcode selection). docs(site): make docs-site the knowledge base — status tracker + setup guides
Per the new docs workflow (docs-site = KB layer; repo docs/ keeps design notes): - Add a canonical Status & Progress tracker (status.md): milestones, per-box live state, and a dated progress log — the go-forward place to track progress. - Add setup guides: GNOME/Mutter host (gnome-box — Secure Boot MOK enroll, the libnvidia-gl EGL fix, autologin, screen-lock disable, appliance unit), headless KDE box, and Bazzite host (ujust input group, gamescope session, gotchas). - Roadmap is now canonical in docs-site (synced the skew-handshake section 12 update); removed the repo docs/roadmap.md copy and repointed README to docs-site. - Nav (meta.json) + landing cards updated; site builds (bun run build). docs(site): Fumadocs documentation site on TanStack Start
New standalone app at docs-site/ — Fumadocs (fumadocs-core/ui 16, fumadocs-mdx
15) on TanStack Start (Vite 7 + nitro-v2 bun preset, React 19, Tailwind 4),
mirroring the web/ console stack but with no auth/i18n/orval — docs stay public.
- catch-all docs route (routes/docs/$.tsx), Orama search (routes/api/search.ts),
RootProvider shell, MDX component map, shared nav, custom 404
- content/docs/: hand-written index.mdx + meta.json nav, plus 7 pages imported
from repo docs/ + README (leading H1 stripped, YAML frontmatter added; kept as
.md so existing </{ don't trip MDX JSX). Content is a one-time snapshot.
- mdx() is plugins[0]; tsconfig collections/* -> ./.source/*; SSR search variant;
@source for fumadocs-ui classes. Generated .source/routeTree/dist/.output ignored.
Verified: bun run build (client+SSR+nitro) green, tsc clean, dev + prod servers
serve all routes 200 with SSR content + nav, search returns hits, 404 works.
