docs: events & hooks operator page (automation.md)

The lifecycle-event catalog, hooks.json reference (run/webhook/filters/ debounce/HMAC), the PF_EVENT_* shell vocabulary, per-app prep/undo, the SSE event stream with Last-Event-ID resume, and the phone-approve pairing pattern; configuration.md gains the ON_CONNECT/ON_DISCONNECT env-mirror rows.
