Bumps [workspace.package] version 0.10.0 -> 0.10.1 (14 workspace crates) and syncs Cargo.lock (versions-only). Apple MARKETING_VERSION / Android versionName are set from the release tag by CI, so no client manifest changes; the nested Windows-driver workspace keeps its independent 0.0.1 version.
